Assistant Director for Food Systems



Vicki Giarratano serves as the Assistant Director for Food Systems at Cornell Cooperative Extension. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for statewide initiatives that strengthen New York's food supply chain, support local producers, and expand market access across rural and urban communities.

Vicki serves as Co-Principal Investigator on grants for the Harvest NY Urban Agriculture program. Her work spans program development, partnership cultivation, and applied research to build a more resilient, inclusive food system across New York State.
