Carl Moody is a Regional Dairy Processing Specialist with the Cornell Cooperative Extension Harvest New York Team covering Western New York. Carl works extensively with area manufacturers, educators and the community to provide training and increase awareness of the products and career opportunities within the dairy industry in Western New York. Carl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and has experience in dairy product manufacturing, quality, food safety, organic manufacturing, and employee training.

Eden Valley Growers (EVG) is opening their doors to new produce growers interested in selling through wholesale market channels! Dubbed the Western NY Food Hub, this business diversification will provide qualified growers with immediate access to wholesale markets. Based in Erie County, EVG is a vegetable growing farm cooperative that recently celebrated its 50th anniversary.
